• All pending EB1 multinational executive and manager petitions, and EB2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions; and,
• All initial EB1 multinational executive and manager petitions, and EB2 NIW petitions.

USCIS will phase in premium processing for I-129 and I-140 petitions in June 2020, as outlined in the schedule below.

Effective June 1, 2020, USCIS will accept Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing for all eligible Form I-140 petitions. more »

USCIS will impose immediate temporary premium processing suspension for Form I-129 and I-140 petitions until further notice due to the COVID-19 epidemic. As of March 20, 2020, the Service will not accept new requests for premium processing. USCIS will process pending premium petitions in accordance with premium processing criteria.
